秒回Miao

删除秒回账号

只有用 Apple 或 Google 登录过秒回才有账号。没登录过的，我们这边没有你的账号数据，不用删。

在 App 里删（马上生效）

  1. 打开 iPhone 或 iPad 上的秒回。
  2. 进入「设置 › 账号」。
  3. 点「注销账号」，确认。

会删除什么

  • 你的账号：邮箱、账号编号、Apple 或 Google 的用户编号。
  • 你名下的设备列表、绑定的 Mac（设备编号、公钥、名称）。
  • 推送令牌和登录凭证。
  • 同时向 Apple 撤销「通过 Apple 登录」的授权。

这些会立即从我们的数据库删除；数据库服务商自带的恢复记录最多 30 天后自动清除。删除后不能恢复，再登录会是一个新账号。

不会删除什么

  • 手机和 Mac 的配对：扫码配对不靠账号，删了账号照样能用。想让某台手机再也连不上，到 Mac 上秒回的「设置 › 手机和 iPad」移除它。
  • 你设备上的数据：在手机上删除秒回 App；在 Mac 上退出秒回，删除应用和 ~/Library/Application Support/ConvoFeed/ 文件夹。
  • Google 那边的授权：用 Google 登录的，可以到 Google 账号的「第三方应用和服务」里移除秒回。

App 用不了时

用你登录秒回时的那个邮箱，发信到 support@letsplat.com，标题写「删除秒回账号」。用 Apple 登录并选了「隐藏邮件地址」的，信里写上那个 Apple 转发地址（在 iPhone 设置里你的 Apple 账户 ›「通过 Apple 登录」› 秒回 里能看到）。我们核实后 15 天内删除，删完回信告诉你。

Delete your Miao account

You only have a Miao account if you signed in with Apple or Google. If you never signed in, we hold no account data about you and there's nothing to delete.

Delete it in the app (takes effect right away)

  1. Open Miao on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, account ID, and your Apple or Google user ID.
  • Your device list and linked Macs (device IDs, public keys, names).
  • Push tokens and sign-in credentials.
  • We also revoke Sign in with Apple's authorization.

This data is deleted from our database right away; the database provider's built-in recovery history is cleared automatically within 30 days. Deletion can't be undone; signing in again creates a new account.

What isn't deleted

  • Pairing between your phone and Mac: pairing by QR code doesn't depend on an account, so it keeps working. To stop a phone from connecting, remove it in Miao on your Mac under Settings > iPhone & iPad.
  • Data on your devices: delete the Miao app from your phone. On your Mac, quit Miao and delete the app and the ~/Library/Application Support/ConvoFeed/ folder.
  • Google's authorization: if you used Google, you can remove Miao under Third-party apps & services in your Google Account.

If you can't use the app

Email support@letsplat.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Miao account". If you used Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, include that Apple relay address (you can find it in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account > Sign in with Apple > Miao). We will delete the account within 15 days after verifying it and email you when it's done.
